In an article at National Review Online this morning, Windsor Mann passes along the following quote from the President, which is the QotD:
You guys are fed a lot of cynicism every single day about how nothing works and big institutions stink and government is broken. And so you channel a lot of your passion and energy into various private endeavors.
Suddenly, I have hope. Doubtless the President will do what he can to dash it, however — that’s not the version he was looking for.
